McInnis Inc is currently seeking Administrative Assistants at varying levels of experience for several openings with our established client in Middlesex County, MA. Primary responsibilities and requirements will vary by position and may or may not include:
- Highly proactive and willing to take initiative
- Strong relationship building ability - with peers and Administrative teams
- Ability to handle multi-tasking under pressure
- Ability to prioritize, identify problems and seek solutions
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to follow up and follow through with a variety of tasks
- Enthusiastic person with a high level of professionalism
- Maintain the highest level of personal ethics, integrity and honesty
- Maintain confidential and proprietary information with discretion
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of Products
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Travel planning
- Report creation and analysis
- Administrative writing
- Other qualifications and experience, as required for the specific position
All candidates must posses a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree to be considered.
