GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Established executive full service recruiting firm looking for a full-time, onsite experienced Recruiter to join our team. Successful applicant must have proven track record in the recruiting industry. Ideal candidate will have client relationship experience. Must be a sales driven self-starter with entrepreneurial attitude.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED

Works under the general supervision of the CEO, or other key managers and senior staff.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Carry out full lifecycle recruiting of exempt high level to non-exempt employees nationwide
  • Execute strategic sourcing techniques to include a variety of resources such as cold calling, internet, advertising, internal and external databases, employee referrals, direct sourcing and job fairs
  • Utilize cost effective sourcing strategies for identifying high quality talent in response to staffing needs at all levels
  • Conduct interview and selection process, partnering with the hiring managers and other interviewers to define interview strategy and frame offer packages
  • Perform independent hiring decisions, extend offers and negotiate salaries
  • Experience in contract and temporary placements. Handles new employee orientation, employee relations, conflict resolution, performance counseling, worker’s compensation, payroll, and benefits coordination (to include open enrollment)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Strong operations management experience with all functions of a recruitment
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of developing business relationships
  • Exceptional interpersonal and human relations skills and ability to interact positively from widely diverse cultural backgrounds at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent qualitative and analytical skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting sourcing deadlines
  • Critical Thinking, Analytical and Negotiating Skills
  • Prompt and Appropriate Complaint Resolution
  • Knowledge of federal and State Employment Law

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have 3-5 years recruiting experience
  • Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree

 

TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED

Computer, copy machine, printers, and other standard office equipment. Computer and internet programs such as Skype, Facetime, Social media platforms, CRM database, and Outlook
