The Contract Human Resources Manager will have responsibility for oversight of several areas related to the Human Resources function including employee relations, employee benefit plan administration, special projects, and general HR activities. The contract manager will have sole responsibility to manage, oversee and administer all Leave of Absence (LOA) programs including STD/LTD, FMLA, non FMLA medical leaves, Workers Compensation and any other type of employee LOA. Applies active and broad-based knowledge of all relevant federal and state/local laws and regulations in order to ensure the Human Resources department is compliant. Develops and fosters productive working relationships to effectively provide full range of HR and operational services as required.
