Ideal candidate will have at least one (1) year of sales, staffing/recruitment, or other relevant work experience. Must be self-starter with entrepreneurial attitude. Excellent salary, benefits and 401K.

Job Responsibilities

  • Source Candidates for Client’s as directed by Division Director
  • Interview and fully vet Candidate’s based on Client requirements and need
  • Prepare, debrief and ‘close’ Candidate’s on all interview and offer activity
  • Extend job offers and negotiate salaries/rates
  • Support Client Development efforts through lead generation and direct marketing efforts
  • Establish extensive network of Candidates and develop a robust pipeline to meet Client needs
  • Track, record and report weekly, monthly and yearly sales metrics and goals

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of a 4 year accredited BA/BS degree program
  • At least one year of sales, staffing/recruitment or relevant experience
